The Show · Open now
The Coliseum of Art is a free public exhibition — artists paid to create work for this place, so people can come downtown, walk in, and enjoy their day.
Open June 26 to Sept 6, Wednesday to Sunday, 12 to 6. Pike & 5th, inside the 1916 Coliseum.

An exhibition partnership
This is not a salesroom. It is a partnership with artists who try to make the most beautiful space they can — glass, sculpture, light, and rooms you want to linger in — so downtown has a reason to feel warm again.
Participating artists receive direct support (up to $3,000) to create work for the show. Curation by the foundation team with Marty Griswold. Admission is free.
Free to the public
Walk in from Pike Market. Stay as long as you like.
Up to $3K / artist
Direct support for participating artists.
Come downtown
Installations sized for real rooms. Light you can walk through. Sculpture and glass that reward a slow afternoon. The whole floor treated as one work — inviting, not precious.

Press Inquiries
The show is open now through September 6. Press and programming inquiries are welcome, and we can arrange a walkthrough on request. Print, digital, and broadcast welcome.
